I feel so stressed about everything.
And I'm sick all the time. What should I do?
I have regular little tiffs with my best friends I've had for years now, and we're like a rollercoaster.

Relax. Take a deeeep breath. In, out, in, out.
Do you feel better? Probably not yet. But relaxation is one of the best things you can do for your mental and physical and emotional health. Consider signing up for a yoga class or something like that. Another great way to help yourself is by changing your diet and exercise. I was like you up until I changed my lifestyle - healthy foods and a workout every day. Working out is super important because it allows you to blow off steam and burn calories, too. When your body feels good, your mind will feel good, too. As for the food, eating healthy will help you fight illness and feel better all around. (I know stressed=desserts spelled backwards, but in your case, you might want to stay away from sugary sweets!)
I'm sure you're having problems with your friends because you simply don't feel up-to-par all the time. Whenever I'm stressed out or frustrated with something, I get annoyed of my friends easily. By fixing your personal problems first, you will be well on your way to fixing your friendship problems.
