Collected weekly by Stephanie Burke
On my recent road trip through California, Oregon, and Washington, I stopped and visited the B Reactor at Hanford, Washington. Lots of talk of Fermi and the University of Chicago on the tour, so this week our intrepid gallery crawler bears on his back Nuclear Energy, a bronze sculpture by Henry Moore, located on the campus of the University of Chicago at the location of Chicago Pile-1, the world's first nuclear reactor.
