Chicago Gallery Snack Report: February 20th through 28th

by Jeriah Hildwine

The weekly antics of your favorite art-world duo: Jeriah Hildwine and Stephanie Burke

Last Saturday, Feb. 20th, we wove on the Room-A-Loom at Swimming Pool, helped mash corn at MVSEVM, and participated in a bizarre cultish ritual at Floor Length and Tux, before invading some rich family's house for Join The Lewis Family.

Sunday found us at down in Pilsen to see some work by James Kubie.

This week, Friday held Pamela Fraser at Golden, David Weinberg for a group show of SAIC alums, Roots and Culture for a group show called Fever Dream, then down to Pilsen for a group show called Submission at Pentagon, and finally Bridgeport for Typeforce at Co-Prosperity Sphere.  Saturday we hit After Before at Swimming Pool, and Sunday we went to the NOWS closing brunch at Home Gallery in Hyde Park.
