The immediate benefits of drinking water

In my post about finding a substitute for Diet Coke, I mentioned that I was just settling for water in most cases. After two continuous weeks of drinking lots of water, I have to admit that I can tell a few of the benefits already.

As promised in that post, here are my 7 benefits of drinking water (that I have already noticed). Bare in mind, it has only been two weeks, and I am aware that there are probably a lot more (and better) things that come along with drinking water.
