For those who do not know, I have a Facebook group called Quinntessential Health. The group members work together to encourage each other to reach fitness and health goals. We provide a safe, non-judgmental place of support, advice, and even fun.
In June and July, we have had daily fitness challenges that the group tries to complete by the end of the day. Challenges seem to be great motivation on the long road to fitness goals, and many members have found that the goals are helping them achieve more.
So, using the success of the past two months, we are stepping it up in August with STEP IT UP!
At the end of the month, the team that has the most steps will get bragging rights for being super freaking awesome!
Sounds fun, huh!
