Live your best by being your best

As I am enjoying the last full day of being 34 years old, I am taking the time to think about all the possibilities ahead of me. Even though I turn 35 tomorrow, I still feel like my whole life is waiting ahead of me.

I have learned so much, but I still have so much more to learn. I have experienced so much, but I still have so much more to experience. I have loved so much, but I still have so much more to love.

Even after 34 years spent listening to all the constant negativity that surrounds us on a daily basis, I could not be happier. I am happy with where I have been, and I am beyond happy with where life may lead me. Everything I have been through has made me who I am today.

The only thing that could possibly hold me back in the future is myself. I have always believed that, and I always will.

In celebration of my birthday, I bring you my secrets of living a happy life.

If you notice, it is really just one secret that is laid out several different ways. The reason for that is because once you love yourself, everything else will fall into place.
