Fat to Fit: Find motivation that works for you

As anyone who has tried to lose weight knows, weight loss is not an easy task. It is frustratingly hard, and can even be time-consuming if you are counting calories. To make matters worse, there are so many powers working against you.

However, I think that with my weight-loss, I have discovered a few key points that help me, and I want to share them with you.

Know that these are just things that help me, and maybe, just maybe, one or two of my hints will work for you.
