Some other tools you'll need to be a successful leasing agent is great customer service skills, a smart phone and an insured vehicle to drive people to see apartments. Your car will be your office so make sure it's nice and clean. It's also a good idea to learn as much as possible about the neighborhoods and real estate business in general.
