I usually don't shamelessly promote my events, but this one is free. Wednesday, November 20, 2013, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., at Infinity Foundation in Highland Park, Illinois, I'm offering a free mini-workshop for people who are interested in what animal communication is, and what animals teach us. Click here for directions.
When you choose to invest your valuable time with me, you'll hear amazing stories and messages from animals, and have a chance to experience the methods I use for yourself. Bring photos of your animals (on phones or in print) and your questions. The workshop is for you, whether you're a believer or a complete skeptic. My own background in science was a strange springboard for the study of animal communication, and I never considered myself psychic. I learned to step back and take my left-brain thinking out of the way, and trust the connection we all have with other forms of life. And I know that Western science will eventually explain how animal communication works, just as so many observed phenomena throughout the ages have become scientifically understood, where once they were thought to be magical or miraculous events.
I like to share the twisting series of events that brought me to a new understanding of how animals live, what they think and feel, and how we can improve our relationships with them. I have learned forgiveness, how to release guilt and live in the present moment, and unconditional love and acceptance from my work with animals, both living and in spirit, both feral and domesticated. Contrary to what many people have been taught in past decades, animals have preferences, convey their views literally and through metaphor, and experience emotions just as we do. They understand their roles as providers of food, and do intriguing work with their human families that helps balance our energy and absorb our dis-ease. And sometimes they volunteer to endure incredible cruelty to help human beings learn lessons of compassion.
If you haven't reached beyond your comfort zone recently, join me for a experience that will help you understand your place in the biological and physical world from a new perspective. You'll be glad you did.
