City Hall Protest at City Council Meeting on CHA Lack of Enforcement of federal Section 3contracts and jobs and against Walsh Construction Company

Because of today's Chicago City Council Meeting demonstrators are taking their protest to City Hall to let our local elected officials know of their fight for over $100 Million dollars in community jobs and contracts that are NOT coming to the local communities as required by the federal Section 3 laws requiring it!! And letting our local leaders know about the community distrust for Walsh Construction Company
