The jury was picked in the Wallace (Gator ) Bradley vs Frank Avila, et al, in Judge Barbara McDonald's court room, rm.2401 in the Daley Center final arguments start THURSDAY FEBRUARY 9th, 2012 The case is about Mr. Bradley being paid for services rendered as a consultant/ Urban Translator, for the Avila Group in the Aaron Patterson vs Jon Burge federal police torture civil suit, that was settled between the City of Chicago and Aaron Patterson for $ 5 million dollars, the Avila Group owe Mr. Bradley more than $ 230,000.00 dollars.
Wallace Gator Bradley Pro se will have closing statement on his behalf at 10:00 am February 9th, 2012 and his list of witnesses are Defendants Frank Avila, Ivan Tomic, Carl Barry and Adam Loewy; Ald. Roderick Sawyer, Attorney Andrea Gambino, Congressman Danny K.Davis and Plaintiff Wallace Gator Bradley.
Attorney Victor Henderson of Henderson Adams will assist Mr. Bradley in a limited capacity in order to question Mr. Bradley when he take the stand as a witness.
