Many Black History Month Observations Today Have Failed To Mention The Assassination Of Malcolm X As A Signficant Date In Black History
"One of the important functions of Black Histoty Month is to observe the people and dates of significant events that impact thge Black community and Febryary 21st, 1965 is one of the signficant dates as the date that Malcolm X was assasinated. During this current Black History Month I have noticed that there is not many mentions of this being the historic date that Malcolm X was Assassinated 47 years ago today and I think that there is time for this date to be publicly acknowledged as a significant date in Black History."
