Michael Carter, Sr. National Black Wall Street Districts National President Headlined Central San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce September Mixer

SAN DIEGO - The Central San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce (www.ccblackchamber.com) hosted Michael Carter, Sr., as their September Mixer Keynote
speaker on Wednesday, September 15, 2010, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Carter,
Sr. is the National President & Chairman of Black Wall Street
District USA (www.blackwallstreetdistrict.com).

Black Wall Street District
USA has 20 black business districts throughout the US including the
Black Wall Street District in San Diego chaired by Anita Lofton,
President/CEO of the Central San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce.

Some of the other Black Wall Street Disrticts include Atlanta, Baton Rouge(Will host the 2011 Black Wall Street National Convention), Chicago (4 Districts: Bronzeville, E 75th Street, Madison Street, and Stoney Island), Gary, Minneapolis, Newark, NJ, Oakland, Peoria and Seattle.

Carter, Sr. briefed attendees on the success of the 2010 Black Wall Street National Convention
held in Chicago on August 20-23, 2010. He will discuss the contract
inequities in California and the state's unfair bidding and contracting
process and reaffirm the national BWSD USA's support for the CSDBCC's
efforts.

The headquarters for Black Wall Street District USA are in Oakland.
There are Black Wall Street District's in Chicago, Atlanta, Durham, Minneapolis,
Oakland, San Diego, and Seattle. There are plans for expansion in the
following cities: Houston, Portland, Jackson Ward in Richmond, VA,
Detroit, Miami, Newark New Jersey and Philadelphia with another 26
cities showing interest.
