It's Monday. It's the fifth anniversary of Romneycare. It's...kind of a slow news day because, thankfully, Congress is out of session.
- Healthcare is sooo successful that Democrats in Missouri are breaking from the party and joining up with the law designed to challenge the Constitutionality of Obamacare.
- Mitt Romney announces the formation of his exploratory committee on the fifth anniversary of Massachusetts' state-mandated health care policy. Dems rejoice because his past adoration of single-payer might neutralize at least one primary complaint against Obama. Republicans are just bewildered that his campaign slogan isn't: "Romney. You've done worse."
- The TSA patted down a very dangerous six year old. In related news, on a recent vacation, I thwarted a clear attack on New Orleans by reporting an unattended bag to the local TSA after a tour bus drove off without one poor person's luggage. In return, I got called "sweetheart" and asked to please never stand that close to any luggage, ever. I give up.
- Barack Obama trails Mike Huckabee in Florida, is currently not seeking advice on how to regain stronger footing from Al Gore.
- Donald Trump writes a letter to Vanity Fair. Hilarity ensues.
