Here's a fun topic for a Tuesday...when is the last time--if ever--you saw your man cry? I attended a wedding a couple weeks ago and in the middle of the vows, the groom had to pause to wipe away tears. It was so touching, and somehow, so masculine at the same time. Beyond weddings, do you feel comfortable with man tears? Undoubtedly, one of the most commonly accepted times to see guys cry is during major sports events. As a Red Sox fan, had I seen the 60-year-old male die-hards at the bar with dry eyes that fateful night in 2004, I would question their loyalty--and their hearts. But what about movies? This widely debated topic opens many an argument--did you leave with dry eyes at the end of The Notebook? What about during Gladiator? Here's a list of some of the movies during which guys have openly--or sheepishly--admitted to shedding a tear.
How about you--is there a movie your man gets emotional about or one that you'd never watch with your guy friends for fear of choking up?
