Designer Bridesmaid Dresses under $150

Sometimes when writing this blog, I come across an idea that I love so much it makes me wish my (way in the future, not-engaged-yet) wedding was right around the corner. As mentioned before, I am in love with the idea of Rent the Runway  (even though I still haven't pulled the trigger on renting a dress yet!). The other day I was online-window shopping and imagining possible events in my future to which I could wear these dresses (weddings, holiday parties, new year's eve, walking to the grocery store), when I thought "what a perfect idea for bridesmaid dresses". When history repeatedly tells us there is a .001% chance of wearing a bridesmaid's dress again after the wedding (no matter how cute it was day-of!), why not offer your girls a chance to wear a dress they would never be able to afford otherwise, and then ship it back when the event is over?

Has anyone ever tried this? I would love to hear about it, and am even debating reaching out to the RTR girls to ask if they've dealt with this in the past--my only question would be about quantity (meaning would they have enough sizes and quantity in one single style)?

All of the dresses below are $150 or less to rent, when their retail prices run anywhere from $275 to $600. To view, go to this link and sign up (if you haven't already) for your free membership.
