Where's your fire?

In order to enjoy anything in life, it is important to have some passion for it. It could be for running by your favorite lake front spot.  You can show zest for taking a long cycling ride on your favorite path. Those are both for starters.
Without passion, one can be unmotivated to enjoy life. Then life will become dull and boring.  You don't want that...right?
In order to find your own passion, try to answer the following questions.

  1. What is your greatest achievement?
  2. What make you really happy in life?
  3. What activities do you really enjoy and why?
  4. What are your goals in life?
  5. What inspires you to work harder and improve yourself?
  6. What challenge to do you want to see yourself do in the future?

As for being active, it is important to have passion in the activities that you enjoy or you will not want to continue. It is also important to have proper motivation when starting a new activity. Whether if it is to get into that new black dress or to finally not need blood pressure medication or lowering your diabetes risk, it is important to be motivated to follow through with your new goal.
It is important to take baby steps in the beginning. Just going all out right away will only result in burnout and frustration. Keep track of your progress through the use of a journal or photos. The end result will result in a passion that will keep the fire burning inside.
