Is handing out rejection easier than receiving it? No. No it's not.

Is handing out rejection easier than receiving it? No. No it's not.

As part of my blog tour for my second novel, Down at the Golden Coin, I wrote a Guest Post over at  Mrs. Mommy Booknerd's Book Review Blog, about how I've had to, as a blogger, deal with writing rejection letters very similar to each and every one in my own large personal pile of rejection letters. As a time saving device, today, I am sending you over there to read it (scroll waaaay down past the excerpt and interview to find it) instead of writing something immediate and fresh, because I have taken to my bed with the ague (well, just a nasty sinusy thing that makes the inside of my head feel like a cement mixer) and this will allow me even more time to wallow in self-pity on my couch with a box of tissue and a farting dog. (Right. As if I'm not still up cleaning the kitchen and folding laundry and driving the kids all over.)

Thank you for reading A City Mom! If you hate rejection as much as I do, you can at least help me feel better by Liking me on Facebook here and/or following me on Twitter @acitymom.
